Preguntas frecuentes del viajero

P:  Me gustaria conocer algunos consejos sobre transportacion y hospedaje. Me informaron que existen 
vuelos a la ciudad de México y a Puebla (Pero parece que este no es un vuelo directo). 
¿Cuál seria la mejor opción? 

R: La mejor opción es volar a la ciudad de México y transportarse a Puebla en autobus. Los autobuses son una buena opción, porque tienen horarios fijos para las salidas directas desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México. Y el viaje toma, aproxidamente, 2 horas hasta Puebla.

P:  Con respecto al hospedaje, estoy buscando una opción barata cerca del lugar del evento. 
¿La universidad, donde va a ser el evento, cuenta con un hotel?

R: Se ha reservado un hotel oficial, que es el Fiesta Americana. Los cuartos estaran disponibles a un costo de 90 USD ($980 MXP) por dia. Además hay otras opciones de hospedaje. Puede encontrar más informacion en el sitio del evento de LA WEB [1]

P: ¿Hay dormitorios en el campus de la UDLA que esten disponibles para los asistentes de LA-WEB? 

R: Existen al rededor de 8 cuartos para una persona o para 2 personas (con cama matrimonial), a un costo aproximado de 40 USD ($435 MXP) la noche. Se tendria que reservar lo más pronto posible y pagar por adelantado. Los cuartos son muy comfortables pero pequeños. EL lugar se llama el Hostal de San Andres y es manejado por estudiantes de la Licenciatura en Turismo de la UDLA

P: ¿La Posada Señorial tiene un sitio Web?

R: Si esta es la liga [2] pero solo cuenta con version en español.

P: ¿Cuál es el tiempo que se tarda (minutos en taxi y caminando) en llegar a la UDLA desde el Fiesta 
Americana?. Esta información la encuentro en sitio pero solo con respecto al Posada Señorial en el sitio [LA-Web].

R: Desde el Fiesta Americana se necesita tomar un taxi, el viaje es de al rededor de 8 minutos, cuesta 3 USD ($33 MPX). Sin embargo, se estan haciendo los arreglos para que exista una ruta entre la UDLA y el Fiesta Americana, con horarios establecidos.

P: Los costos para los cuartos sencillos, dobles y triples, ¿Estan definidos?, ¿Cuáles son?.

R: Los cuartos del Fiesta Americana tienen dos camas tamaño queen por cuarto, y se pueden hospedar en ellos hasta 4 personas por el precio establecido. El costo se basa en costo por noche. Aunque son de doble ocupación, se ha acordado que se pueda tener hasta 4 personas por cuarto.

P: ¿Se cuentan con otras opciones de hospedaje?

R:

- Posada Señorial, cerca del lugar del evento. Costo Aprox. 50 USD ($545 MXP) por noche.

- En el centro de Cholula existe otro Hotel llamado Casa Calli, costo Aprox. 50 USD ($544 MXP) por noche (hasta cuatro personas por cuarto). Se puede tomar un autobus de Cholula a la UDLA, estos son frecuentes pero no muy regulares en horario.
